Pet care ( gerbils, fish, cats, dogs etc etc )

Physically check all doors and windows, ensuring locked and damage free.

Take garbage or green bins out to curb for pick up and returning same. Put these out the night before or the day of collection which will cut down on the amount of debris left on the street due to crows, birds or animal wildlife.

Picking up all flyers, catolouges and papers to maintain a pleasing appearance.

Meeting any service reps for scheduled or unscheduled service calls.

Checking all lights, water heaters, furnaces,  garage structures or sheds on the property.

Ensuring driveway snowplowed by contractor, or if previously arranged,  doing this ourselves for walkways and door entrances ( via owners snow blower )

Watering any and all indoor and outdoor plans and grass.

Turning lights on or off and leaving them on or off overnight to discourage the appearance of a unattended house.
